Description
SUN EP of Carl Perkins is rare, the Columbia is even rarer but this must be the rarest of all. I collect records many years, I had the SUN EP a few times, the Columbia seen a few times, this is the first time I see this one and is listed on ebay.
Carl Perkins; Rock 'n' Roll on Dutch Philips label Philips 429 645 BE
Picture sleeve at least VG++ and record also VG++ with original center still in tact with the slightest inperfection on the first few groves with minimum background noise.
Songs are Shake Rattle and Roll, Long Tall Sally, Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On and Jenny, Jenny.
Another interesting thing is that although the record was produced and released in The Netherlands, the liner notes on back side are in English and give information to the Dutch who Carl Perkins is.
Because of it's rarety and value the record will be send registered
