Description
Released by United Artists in 1968, cat # UP 1206; this is “Serving A Sentence Of Life” / “Nobody Cries” by Carl Douglas.
This is a green white demo in really excellent condition. There are a couple spindle marks on the labels and that’s about it. There are a couple very tiny marks near the leading edge of the “official” A-side not affecting play. The record grades as at least excellent and comes in a company sleeve.
All of these amazing Northern Soul rarities come from the same special source – an original 60’s Top Rank DJ who started in the ballrooms and progressed to radio and record production in the 1970’s. Postage and packing for one record will be £1 UK, £1.80 Europe and £2.50 USA and the Rest of the World. For two records, the costs are still just £1 UK, £2.20 Europe and £3.20 USA and the Rest of the World.
Insurance will be required if the value of the order exceeds £34. If you refuse insurance and the record is damage or goes missing in the post, I’m afraid we cannot be held responsible and will not entertain any claims. UK record delivery is an extra 70p and special delivery is £4.75. Overseas insurance will be either £3.50 or £5.50 dependent upon the value.
Payment by PayPal is preferred for all customers; though I will accept cheques or postal orders for UK customers. Overseas customers must pay by Paypal unless agreed otherwise prior to auction end.
