Description
Caravan’s debut record is a lovely piece of what became known as the Canterbury sound of English prog rock. Equal parts pastoral, psychedelic and whimsical the band offered tuneful takes on an often twisted genres. This is the rare 1969 first U.S. press on the Verve Forecast label.
Condition is VG+. It could benefit from a little cleaning. I played it (loud) recently and it’s still a winner with just a few minor pops. The sleeve is at VG condition. In addition to general shelf wear, there is a bit of corner wear and tears along the spine (see photos). Overall for the age of this LP it’s a good one.
Lowish starting bid because I’m not a collector or a store, just want it to go to another fan who will love it.
