This is the insanely rare first album by Caravan on the Verve label. It is one of the hardest major prog albums to get hold of. I am very glad to be able to present this beauty in a condition that comes very close to NM. The musicianship presented here is astounding. Many connoisseurs have stated that this first album was indeed also their very best!!!

I have played this in FULL> The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! There are not any jumps, pops or skips. There is no background noise at all!! Very remarkable for this 1969 vinyl!!! I played this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers!!! A beautiful CLASSIC with supreme songcraft, a joy to listen to!!!! I particularly can't get enough of "Magic Man" and "Cecil Runs".

Vinyl: EX to EX+. This vinyl still retains its beautiful deep glossy sheen. This is an album that has been looked after carefully and was part of an extensive prog/psych/kraut collection that I have reently acquired. Under a strong light only three of the wispiest hairlines can be seen. On replay this is AMAZING!!! NO jumps, NO clicks, NO crackle and hardly ever any static. I was truly impressed by this vinyl and played it twice in its entirety!!

Sleeve: EX. WITHOUT ANY CREASES!!!! The spine remains fully legible. Minimal rubwear to the bottom edge. Top edge unworn.Two mini tiny corner "bumps". Plain inner sleeve.

This is a unique investment opportunity, these hardly turn up nowadays and I haven't seen one for at least the last three years.
