Hello and welcome to my auction,if i can explain i have been a vinyl lover and collector all my life iam known at nearly every record fair from glasgow to utrecht in holland:] unfortunately iam a self employed builder and since the recent political unrest in the uk (torys voted in) my phone hardly rings any more.So pain me it does i have to sell my vinyl collection.Please note iam not a dealer and do not have a cleaning machine to make the vinyl look better than it really is,i will let the buyer decide how he wants to clean the vinyl as some of my records are very old and no doubt could do with a clean.
Theres no worries for buyers i know exactly how to grade vinyl as i have been buying for so long i understand the uk record collector grading system,if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me to reach a resolve.

Catologue number:SKL-R.5052.
Front cover:excellant.
Back cover:its a bit bendy from storage and theres 2 grubby bits in the middle on where the track listings are and just above where it says richard sinclair theres some rubbing still a nice acceptable cover especially when you see the vinyl in it.
Vinyl condition under natural day light: Mint.
Vinyl condition under a very strong light,a par 30 75 watt spot sylvania,which is very very powerful and spots the minimalist marks:This record is stunning condition,i have checked and checked under my light which really is very very strong and cannot see any marks at all on one side and on the other all i can see is 2 very very small marks where the vinyls been removed from sleeve but i really do have to look real close under very strong light to see this but as with a lot of my vinyl its dusty and needs a good clean and i would much rather let the new owner do that as he chooses as different people have different ideas of how they clean,so for that iam grading near mint but trust me cleaned it could definately be mint on one side and near mint the other.

Remarks:This lp is very rare as we all know but to find one in this condition i think is nigh on impossible,absolute gem this is.
