Offered for sale is a still sealed original U.S. pressing of Captain Beyond, the self-titled debut LP by Captain Beyond, including the original 3D lenticular cover.
The lenticular cover was only used on U.S. pressings.
About this copy: This copy of Captain Beyond is an original, still sealed 1972 U.S. pressing on the Capricorn label.
As the album is still sealed, the record is presumably new and unplayed.
The wrap is mostly intact; there are tiny breaks at the two lower corners, and a small 1 1/2 inch (4 cm) tear near the lower left hand corner. At that spot, there is a punch hole in the cover.
A nice copy of a terrific LP and the first sealed copy we've had for sale in several years.
