Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band "Strictly Personal"
This is a US vinyl pressing on Blue Thumb 8801 from 1968. This is the second label variation with the white label and the grooves in the vinyl on both sides are unbanded. This is one of his very best albums. You can play it over and over and never get tired of it. His band is Alex St. Claire, Jeff Cotton, Jerry Handley, and John French. It was produced by Bob Krasnow. The cover is by Tom Wilkes and Guy Webster.
Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ / Record is VG+
The vinyl looks VG+ and it plays VG+. The gatefold cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits. There is light overall wear and some corner wear. The labels are clean with light spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.
The songs are : Ah Feel Like Ahcid, Safe As Milk, Trust Us, Son Of Mirror Man-Mere Man, On Tomorrow, Beatle Bones N' Smokin Stones, Gimme Dat Harp Boy, and Kandy Korn.

I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 3/4 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboad. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) It will weigh 22 ounces ( 1 pound, 6 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal with a tracking number. Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will remove the record from the cover and place them in a plastic bag. I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. There are no handling charges. This record is from a no smoking and no pets home.
