Notes: The Album catalogue number on the sleeve does not have the "2" prefix. The run out grove matrix numbers do not have the 2 prefix either. I have double checked. No lyric sheet insert is included (which appeared only in early US releases). Side 1 “MOONLIGHT ON VERMONT" is listed on the vinyl as “MOONLIGHT IN VERMONT" Side 4 "THE BLIMP " is listed on the vinyl as "THE BLIMB". Personnel • Bass Guitar, Narrator – Rockette Morton • Clarinet [Bass], Vocals – Mascara Snake, The • Design, Photography [Cover] – Cal Schenkel • Drums [Uncredited], Translated By [Music Score, Uncredited] – John French • Engineer, Technician [Electronic Modification Of Equipment] – Dick Kunc • Guitar [Glass Finger Guitar], Flute – Zoot Horn Rollo • Guitar [Steel Appendage Guitar] – Antennae Jimmy Semens • Photography [Inside & Back Cover] – Ed Caraeff • Producer – Frank Zappa • Songwriter – Captain Beefheart • Vocals, Saxophone [Tenor & Soprano] – Captain Beefheart Note - Drummer, John 'Drumbo' French, was not credited on this album. This is an interesting “oversight” as it is now accepted that French’s transcription of Beefheart's concepts/score for other band members was fundamental in its production.
