Notes
This is a quality part-official* release, packaged in a regular card-weight gloss-print sleeve, with a photo of Vliet and one of his sketches on the cover - printed 3 color.The back cover has a further waist-up pic of Vliet, with the label's logo & track-list.
*This is possibly an actual God's Golfball project, a concept/company belonging to Vliet for a short period. The apparently random cat# is actually the recording date. The quality of the package is also higher.
The 2 vinyls have blue & white labels, headed with "Don Van Vliet" rather than the band name.
Apart from the addition of the last 2 tracks, from difficult to acquire singles, this album is simply a live recording of the band's performance at The Country Club, Reseda, California on 29th January 1981. The credits give the recording source as those of Wally Heider Sound's remote facility, which explains the sound quality.
Country of release is very likely USA.
The singles tracks D4 & D5 can also be found as track 10 & 21 respectively on CD2 of "The Dust Blows Forward" anthology. Both are studio recordings.

Mega Hard To Find In This Original 1981 US Vintage Vinyl Edition !!!
Vinyl Is In Very Good Plus Plus To (Mostly) Near Mint Condition. (There are some very minor imperfections of the vinyl, this comes from being pressed on cheap vinyl at the pressing plant - also there is some minor rubbing/scuffing marks, from many years of living in a cheap paper sleeve.)
Cover Is In Very Good Plus To (Mostly) Very Good Plus Plus Condition. (There is some very minor edge wear, and some very minor age related wear)
Label's are In Very Good Plus Plus To Near Mint Condition.

Also, I always ship items in proper shipping packaging, with padding or packing peanuts or cardboard bracing.
Whatever is required to get it safely through the worldwide mail systems.
About shipping - The US Post Office raised the rates on postage as of January 1st 2013.
Also, please understand this in advance, I use the e-bay calculator to figure out postage.
Sometimes, it is wrong, and presents a cost that is higher then the actual cost at the post office.
If and when this is the case, I always refund the difference via Paypal.
Please Note: Overseas Packages that go through the Customs system, can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to Process and Deliver, this IS normal.
For Russia and the Middle East, this can take even longer and is completely out of my control, so please be patient.
Also, there is a small (cost) fee for the packaging materials that I get from Box City, in order to safely ship the items.
