Description
Here's a great release on the Blue Note label (BLP 1595). With Miles Davis, Hank Jones, Same Jones and Art Blakey. Deep Goove pressing with Ear mark, RVG stamp and 9M etching in runout. W. 63rd label. This appears to be the original. Hard to find. No R on label.
Condition - Jacket is pretty nice with light edge wear. No splits. Jacket grades at VG+. Record has shine with light marks and scuffs. Record also has some light pressing bubbles on both sides. Labels look nice with light wear. Record grades at weak VG+ by sight. I listened to both sides and they played about as they looked. There was persistent light background noise and every once in a while, a little bit of more significant noise, but nothing that really overpowers the music. Some of the pressing bubbles may have caused very light thumps as well. The listening grade is about the same as the visual grade, weak VG+.

Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards - Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Near Mint Minus (NM-), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), Very Good Minus (VG-), Good (G). I do not use the grade Mint on unsealed, opened records, discs or tapes. I reserve that designation for sealed items only. The highest grade I give opened, unsealed items is NM. Grading here is strictly by sight unless specifically noted in the condition section.
