I had this up earlier, but it had bids and I thought I over-represented the grade, so I had to end the auction and it is now relisted at a more realistic VG++...
The holy grail of Salsoul Disco - Canada only mix of 1000 Finger Man, 9 minutes and 5 seconds of pure boogie funk satisfaction. The attached mp3 is a good representation of the condition, as I have included the quiet parts where you can hear some 'crackle'. Still a very nice copy!

Condition - Vinyl: VG++ (revised from my earlier grade of EX), record has quite a few very, very light scratches (like the ones you'd get putting a record back in the cover without a sleeve...) that add noise to quiet parts (as you can hear in the mp3) but no big pops. (there is a 'hiccup' in the mp3 that is not on the record by the way... slowwww computer). Vinyl is still very glossy and label is excellent. Cover: As seen in pics. As seen in scan and / or described above.
Shipping: to USA $7.50 surface, $9.00 air; Canada $8.50.

Here is a rough outline of my grades for records (I am quite strict on my grading, you can see by my feedback and comments...):Mint: New or sealed (if not sealed then I opened it myself...)
NM: Played just a few times, like new.
Ex or Excellent: A record that has been played a handful of times and has been very well taken care of. No audible scratches to speak of, maybe a pop or two.
VG+ or VG++: A very decent used record, a few pops and/or some very light scratches but very acceptable.
VG: A record that has scratches, pops and is starting to show some serious wear.
Fair / Good etc.: Many scratches, writing on cover, a useable but rough record.
Poor: unplayable or nearly so, filler copy - I would only sell a very rare record in this condition.
