KAY RECORDS CRS 013
Rare Calypso 78 record on the great and very sough after KAY label from Trinidad featuring Bert Inniss Metronome with an instrumental, "Double Whammy" on side A, and Cyril Diaz and His Orchestra (Vocal by Lord Christo) "Kitch Come Home" on the B-side.
I have had inquiries regarding the condition of the record, so I scrutinized it carefully under direct bright sunlight and this is my conclusion:
Record is at least VG+ approaching Mint minus. It appears little played, but has faint scuffing and a few small superficial marks. There are more marks on the A-side, the B-side is Mint minus. Tried to take a photo that shows gloss, but was not too successful - record looks a lot better in actuality. Labels have store stamp from on both sides. Record is in a plain brown paper sleeve - my guess is that it's the original sleeve.
I am a pretty conservative grader, so I believe the buyer will not be disappointed with my assessment.
