My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years


A real CURE classic, released in 1979. Old eBay prices: $139 + $100 + €90 + £75 + £75 + £75 + £75 + £75 again. Original first pressing, issued on ‘Fiction’ records. Early label release (catalogue number FICS 002). The ‘Boys Don’t Cry’ record was their second 7“ release and features the brilliant ‘Plastic Passion’ on the flip. These songs are timeless. Produced by Chris Parry, the manager of the band and the ‘Fiction’ label owner. Sleeve shows soft handling wear (see scans) and there is a seam split on the bottom of the cover. For that reason I'm grading this beauty:

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
