Beautiful pristine/near mint original pressing of this extremely rare official Westwood One Radio Networks Live 2 LP set by CROWDED HOUSE AND THE CUTTING CREW LIVE IN CONCERT FROM 1987!!! YOU GET ABOUT ONE LP'S WORTH OF CROWDED HOUSE LIVE AND ABOUT ONE LP'S WORTH OF THE CUTTING CREW LIVE! This radio station only vinyl 2 LP set is the only place you can hear these great concert performances--they were manufactured for radio station airplay only and never sold in stores. I have never seen this official Westwood One Radio Networks live album for sale on Ebay or anywhere else!! You get great live versions of such Crowded House classics as: Massive, Throw Your Arms, Now We're Getting Somewhere, That's What I Call Love, World Where You Live, Mean To Me, Hole In The River, Don't Dream It's Over, Better Be Home Soon, etc.!! Great songs by the Cutting Crew include: Any Color, Life In A Dangerous Time, I've Been In Love Before, Fear Of Falling, Mirror & A Blade, I Just Died In Your Arms, etc.!! Rare to find an original pressing of this double LP in any condition let alone this vinyl is in pristine near mint condition! Vinyl is near mint, jacket is in good condition! I RATE VINYL VERY CONSERVATIVELY -- WHEN I RATE VINYL NEAR MINT IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE NEW WITH NO SCRATCHES ETC. AND MOST SELLERS WOULD CALL THAT MINT CONDITION. I THINK ONLY A SEALED LP SHOULD BE RATED AS MINT--EVEN UNPLAYED UNSEALED LP'S SHOULD BE RATED AS NEAR MINT.

M (mint) Record is new, shiny, never played.
NM (near mint) Record is like new, probably played a few times, but it doesn't effect the quality of sound.
EX (excellent) Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise.
VG+ (very good plus) Record has been played more times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip.
VG (very good) Record has been played many times, may be more surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing.
G (good) Record is in bad condition, this is worth only for archive items - just to have that until you find better
