CROSBY, STILLS, NASH & YOUNG-DEJA VU-1983 MFSL ROCK LP

This is a very nice MFSL pressing of CSNY, Deja Vu, released by MFSL in 1983, pressed  in Japan by Victor Music Industries (JVC) on virgin vinyl, with the playing surface being translucent as light passes through the vinyl. Near mint copies of this LP have a book value of $200

As to grading, I grade very conservatively For records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some. Most of the items I am selling will be in the Excellent to Near Mint range. 

The LP  visually is in excellent condition with only visible mark being what appears to be pressing scuff of Side 2. The LP has been play graded using headphones after having been cleaned by hand, and plays very nice and quietly, with only few ticks heard in the dead wax at the end of cut 3 on Side 1. There are also a few light ticks heard during the 3rd cut on Side 2, 4 & 20; otherwise LP plays very quietly and should please all but the most demanding collector. Please note that the LP was cleaned and play graded several weeks ago, and should be cleaned again before play. The cover is in very good condition . All cover corners are slightly worn. The top seam and spine are strong with no splits and product information is still readable on spine The bottom seam on the cover is almost completely split and  is taped in few spots. The front and back of  the cover are in very clean condition and image of group photo on front is very nice. 

The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold and shipped is returned in the same condition .Buyers that behave in a less than ethical manner will be reported and blocked from participation in future auctions. The LP will be separated from the cover when shipped to prevent seam splitting.
