CONDITION OF VINYL (visual grading and play-grading):
VISUAL GRADING:

Both sides of this rare classic LP are in stunning visual condition. The vinyl is extremely glossy and appears virtaully unmarked and unworn. There are a couple of extremely faint hairline marks on side two which are barely noticeable and do not affect playback.
CONDITION OF LABELS:
Both plum Atlantic labels are in stunning condition. There are a few miniscule, light spindle marks on both labels.
PLAY-GRADING:
SIDE ONE: NEAR MINT
SIDE TWO: NEAR MINT
I have play-graded both sides of this rare LP throughout on a PS-LX350H Sony deck equipped with an Ortofon cartridge at a light tone arm setting. The sound quality is incredible and plays without distortion or background noise. There is the tiniest amount of light crackle in the run-in grooves and in some of the track separations. There are two extremely light clicks in 'Deja Vu' and one light click in 'Our House'.
CONDITION OF SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
The embossed gatefold sleeve printed by E.J. Day is in stunning condition. This is possibly the best sleeve that I have seen for this LP. These original 'Deja Vu' are very prone to wear, this copy shows very little wear or rubbing to the embossed sleeve which is very unusual. There is some very light rubbing to the top right front cover and the top left of the front cover which is barely noticeable. The gold lettering is unworn and is not discoloured! The pasted photo on the front cover is in stunning condition, there are a few miniscule indentation marks to it, but that is being fussy. The edges and corners are in great condition although there is some very light wear to them. The inner gatefold is in stunning condition. The spine is intact and the gold lettering on the spine is still readable, there is some very light creasing to the spine. It would be near impossible to find a better sleeve for this LP.
SUMMARY:
This LP is essential for any CSNY fan or collector. This album is the true meaning of a classic LP. Copies of this LP in such beautiful condition are very scarce, especially first pressings such as this copy - this item is true investment material - please bid early to avoid disappointment.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:
This record will be sent to you in a high quality cardboard record mailing envelope and it will be protected by two strong cardboard stiffeners in order to prevent unwanted bending during transportation. The record will be placed in a PVC outer sleeve and “sandwiched” between the cardboard stiffeners. The envelope will be sealed with strong brown tape.
