CREEPY JOHN THOMAS Same (RCA UK 1969) Original First Press.
Beast of an LP with a quality mixture of hard rocking prog and psych, expertly played and imaginatively arranged with a solid blues-tinged undercurrent. Quite rare, especially in this EX condition. Also, you should check out the cover, as what looks like just a messy abstract painting from a distance has some of the most complex and psychedelic detail I have ever seen on a sleeve. Once you notice what's going on you could spend hours exploring it. It was a real surprise when I picked the original of this LP and had a really good look at it. But the music here is the real star, tightly played with some heavy fuzz intrusions and more delicate psychedelic sounds entwined. A classic LP of the UK psych/prog genre for sure. .
Grading
Vinyl: EX lovely copy with no marks or scratches I can see and minimal spindle marks, meaning very little play. Plays just about perfect.
Sleeve: VG+ not bad, some laminate lift towards spine which has come away a little at the top right corner. Otherwise light general age wear with colour very vibrant on the laminated front.

M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.
EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound
VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.
VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.

Postage within UK is £4.50 which includes 'signed for' post for any number of LPs. We will post worldwide, but records must be sent fully insured and to be 'signed for'.This will be £12 for within the European Union and £15 for the rest of the world for any number of records.
