NO 'SUZIE Q" BLURB ON COVER!

This auction is for Creedence Clearwater Revival - Fantasy 8382. This is the very earliest pressing from '68 with heavy vinyl and cover WITHOUT blurb for hit 'Suzie Q.' This cover is very rare, especially as a stock copy. Once in a while you'll see a promo copy (w/white label disc) without the advert on cover for 'Suzie Q' but the back cover is always stamped as 'promotional.' This copy is NOT stamped, and in 30+ years in the business, I've never seen a true first pressing of this LP that was stock. Before 'Suzie Q' started getting airplay, this LP was pressed in VERY small quantities. This is a very rare and historical CCR item indeed. CONDITION: DISC: VG+, clean with a few marks that are not feelable; LABEL: VG++, a few light spindle marks (see photos), but clean; COVER: VG+, some general wear, but very solid with no seamsplits or writing (see photos).
