CRASS: SHAVED WOMEN / REALITY ASYLUM CRASS RECORDS 521984 UK 1980 7" MATRIX A: SHAVED WOMEN 521984 CRASS A1 Ʊ RR-15-12-80-4 MATRIX B: ASYLUM 521984 CRASS B Scarce original single from by the great anarcho punk band - originally issued in 1979 (see my other listings) and this is the 2nd pressing from 1980 - it is also obvious from the press release that comes with it and has a clipping from Sounds 30th August 1980 issue - the press release also includes images of other Crass releases from 1980 like Zounds and Poison Girls, International Anthem fanzine and states Rough Trade in San Francisco as distributor of the Crass releases, which suggests that the copy was used for promotion in the US) - a nice promotional badge is stapled on the 4-page press release

(Shaved Women is the A side as per matrix and has the correct 'Shaved' instead of "Shaven' as on earlier issue - also doesn't have the RR-15-12-80-4 detail on B' matrix which means that a different master was used for this side)
