FIRST: My format is different than ebay's standard format. If you don't scroll all the way down to the bottom of my listings you won't see the MANY WONDERFUL PHOTOS of the lp that I have kept LARGER for you to view as opposed to ebay's small photos at the top. 

SECOND: It doesn't actually hurt to read the written description below which should match the photos at the bottom. ALL PHOTOS are of the ACTUAL item you are bidding on.

THIRD: This is it! The final liquidation! After 5 years straight selling on ebay we are getting down to the end of it. We not only have a nice CLASH LP COLLECTION up for auction but the remainder of the punk/wave/indie/goth/electronic records left in the CRANIUM ARCHIVES. All in 10 day auctions this week and a few at set sale.

PLUS: From MARCH 16th-19th in 10 day no reserve auctions I am posting a massive (over 1.000 pieces) and brilliant OLD HIPPIE COLLECTION. This collection is personally known to me......is being sold on consignment and is a simply amazing offering of seminal classic rock, forgotten favorites, important folk pieces, psych and hard rock. Most are top flight original pressings with many sealed copies and promos!

What can I say about this lp? Only one of the most important lps ever let alone to come out of the era. Original WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL COPY with super sharp discs! Original lyric sleeves and stamped promo cover. I often said that you would have to pry my white label promo from my cold deformed hands before it would ever hit the auction block. It still has the small yellowed spots at the top right from the little stickers the CELLOPHANE SQUARE in Seattle put on it over 30 years ago. It has been well guarded by me since. GOODBYE OLD FRIEND!

GRADING: I try to give an accurate representation of the record with a numerical value. I infer that the records should play their visual grade. I have given a numerical grade to correspond to typical record grading for the approximate percentage of wear. For example, excellent/85 means the disc should have about 15% wear/marks from a NEW record. Sealed records should be new. By looking at the photos you can find band info and song titles.

MINT = 100

NEAR MINT = 92-99

EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT =89-91 (borderline near mint)

EXCELLENT = 82-88

VG+/EXCELLENT = 79-81 (borderline excellent)

VG+ = 72-78

VG/VG+ = 69-71 (borderline vg+)

VG =62-68

RECORD/ITEM FOR AUCTION:  The Clash "LONDON CALLING" Lp on the US Epic Records label. It is catalog #EZ-36328 white label promotional stereo. It is dated 1979. 

RECORD CONDITION/GRADE: The discs grade visually at near mint/94. The labels are near mint/95. The cover is vg+//77 with shelf, seam, spine, opening and corner wear along with creases, corner dings/damage, writing on back and promo stamp. Sleeve are excellent with light splits.

The Archives I am liquidating have been sitting on shelves for at least 15 years. All my lps are vintage unless otherwise noted. Unless I am confident of my facts (and even then I've been wrong) I do not try to distinguish which pressing it is or fill you full of blather about the lp. I prefer to let you look at the photos and description and do your own research as to the desirability of each piece. I strive through photos to give the most accurate representation of records on ebay. I take photos of the covers, labels and other pertinent details.  I do occasionally misspell and make cut/paste/ and other stoner mistakes, and I appreciate when others help me out. GOOD LUCK!
