The record looks Ex' very clean with high gloss shine, it spins flat and plays with no sticks or jumps, it does have some surface noise but nothing that interferes with the sound quality of the music.

The sleeve is Mint- no ring ware, no writting, no sticker marks, no splits, no rips, creases or folds, the spine is square & fully readable, all edges are undamaged, the opening edge is sharp. This is as good as they get.

The inner sleeve (full lyrics) is in Ex+ condition, no ring ware, no splits, no writting, no marks. 

Both labels are Ex' Very Clean & Bright with no writting or sticker marks.

 

Rare to find in any condition on vinyl as cd's were the order of the day.
