Comes in generic white cover with radio station writing with the title, artist, show number, and track listings. Includes cue sheet, a letter from the show's general manager Pete Howard, and another signed letter from the Affiliate Relations director Marc Younger, a fact sheet, and two proof of performance sheets. "Country Music's Top Ten" was a show produced by Country News for radio station syndication. Released 1983.
