Vanguard VRS 9244 rare original mono copy.  I bought this record sealed and opened it to inspect the labels...I have had experience with these Vanguard records that sometimes mono copies got into stereo covers and vice-versa.  The record is mint and unplayed, shiny with perfect labels.  The cover is mint minus. no ring wear splits or problems with a tiny delete punch.  Another one like this will be very hard to find.

Despite what some price guides claim, the black label version of this lp never existed, the silver labels were first press and the monos disappeared almost immediately. 

And this is quite simply the greatest psych album ever recorded.  When I listen to it I think it might be the only true psych album ever.  A masterpiece.

Let me say something about shipping:  I am not Amazon.com.  I go to the post office once a week, usually on Wednesday.  So if you pay Tuesday night, it will go out the next day, or if you pay Wednesday afternoon it will go out in a week.  And sometimes, obviously, the day may change (I do have another life).    I have never had a package lost and do not get complaints about packing.  If you cannot be patient with shipping time, do not bid.  Of course all your purchases are guaranteed for satisfaction.  There is some estimation in grading records...I am not selling drill bits or batteries...but if I make a mistake, I make it right.  I would appreciate across the board positive feedback for my effort to sell clean, important cds and records.  (Ebay assumes I am selling drill bits!)

MINT is unplayed, sealed, or play-graded mint.

MINT MINUS is like new but probably played once or twice...most would grade this mint

NEAR MINT is near new with some slight signs of play...an extremely clean record

VERY GOOD PLUS is collectible but might have some light sleeve marks and some light noise...still plays very well with no major issues.

I WILL USE  (+) AND (-) FOR EMPHASIS ON THE BASIC GRADES...I DO NOT LIST ITEMS LESS THAN VERY GOOD PLUS UNLESS THEY ARE EXTREMELY RARE AND THEN A FULL DISCLOSURE WILL BE PROVIDED.   BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
