Description
Available here is a 12" vinyl LP record by Country Joe and The Fish - I Feel Like I’m Fixin’ To Die. A US first pressing stereo version, it was issued by Vanguard in 1967 and has the catalogue number VSD 79266. It is complete and exactly as issued and features the loose Fish Game, as advertised on the cover.

A5 & A2 is almost impossible to read but I believe that I’m correct.
Vinyl Condition - Very Good/Excellent - Visually very good but excellent in terms of playing performance. The record is still quite bright and while close inspection will reveal a few surface marks, the affect on playing performance is negligible. Indeed, having listened to both sides, I can confirm that there is no jumping or sticking, there is the occasional light click but almost no background crackle/noise.
Sleeve Condition - I have graded all of the other elements separately as there are several component parts
Outer Sleeve - Excellent - Original thick cardboard cover with light wear but no serious damage. Minor abrasion at the bottom of the rear panel edge along with a suggestion of slight discolouration at the sides.
Inner Sleeve - Good - The original Vanguard inner sleeve is present but is split completely along its bottom edge. Further small splits will be noticed along with creasing. As a result, the record has a replacement plain white poly-lined sleeve for additional protection, which is in excellent condition.
Fish Game - Excellent - Folded six panel paper game sheet as issued with the record. Printed on quality paper, the colour is unfaded by the passage of time, no damage or splits along the creases. A couple of the white back panels of the game are a little discoloured.
