Description

This is a fine original U.K. pressing copy of the first U.K. LP by British pub rockers the Count Bishops, released in 1977 (a Dutch-only LP, Good Gear, also came out that year).  The record mixes originals with energetic covers of songs like the Kinks' "I Need You" (the album opener), the Standells' "Sometimes Good Guys Don't Wear White" (with the first word of the title omitted), and old R&B chestnuts like "Down the Road Apiece" and "Shake Your Moneymaker."  The textured jacket is close to pristine (M-).  The disc is clean with some light scuffing/loss of glossiness, and plays close to M- with light surface noise audible between some tracks (EX+).

I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
