DIMENSION D-1032 (“spray-on” plum label)

The final DIMENSION RECORDS single by THE COOKIES is their hardest-to-find on the label.

A-side, co-written by RUSS TITELMAN and GERRY GOFFIN (who co-produced the song), is a soulful update of the group’s sound with an atmospheric, expansive production.

B-side, also recorded by LESLEY GORE, is a killer GOFFIN-KING ditty more akin to the girls’ prior singles.
Disc has strong Northern Soul/R&B/soul crossover appeal.

Disc is a strong VG+++. Visible small surface scuffs to both sides; some finger smudges in the run-off areas. Vinyl and labels are sharp, clean and free of defects. Vinyl is vibrant and dark; disc has had few plays.
