1. Shipping is free to any part of the world, we use expedited airmail by Post of Slovenia, average delivery time to anywhere on the planet is 7-10 days.
2. We ship out once a week, by default Tuesday or Wednesday, for all orders that are completed and paid for by end of Monday/Tuesday. Orders paid on Tuesday/Wednesday will be shipped out the following week, which is indicated with our (maximum) handling time of 5 working days. We take this job seriously, double check all items before sending, clean them on Clearaudio LP cleaning machines if needed, pack professionally and do everything possible to make every buyer happy. Our feedback and DSR rating reflects that. In an unlikely event that something went wrong somewhere, contact us and we will follow up on the situation as soon as possible, surely within 24 hours.

4. About Condition noted with each title, first is cover, second is disc. Please note that disc grade is our top priority and cover is sometimes graded superficialy. But that's why we have a link to high resolution scans available with description, allowing you to see cover condition in smallest detail, but also to read program details and other text usually on the back side.
5. Items are located (and shipped from) Slovenia - EU. For all EU customers this means speedy delivery and shipments not being scanned by any customs offices. For all the others, we ship parcels as a gift, with symbolic amount noted on green customs declaration form.
