COIL - Musick to play in the dark Vol. 2 - ART EDITION (2000, GRAAL LP 004)
Description: On of the rarest COIL records you can find!
This is the art edition of the beautiful album Musick to play in the dark Vol. 2. Limited to only 60 pieces, this one is number 10 (as far as I can tell, see picture below for numbering!).
The gate fold sleeve is neutral white card board (in plastic protection) with an art print attached to the front, the back side has a hand print on it (in fluorescent paint), inside the record is signed by Peter Christopherson, Jhonn Balance and Thighpaulsandra (that's where it is numbered, too), on the opposite side you find another art print with symbols written in pink/purple colour.
There are two further A4 art prints on heavy paper, signed by Jhonn and Peter (Gnomic and Scenic).
The records themselves are in purple translucent vinly, the fourth side of the record is an etching of the moon's surface. The record's labels are neutral white, except for the one on the fourth side, where a gold leaf is attached.
Condition: Everything is absolutely MINT and was never played.
