I obtained these at an estate sale.  The album cover is empty, no LP is included in this auction. Just the LP album cover and the photo. The LP album cover is in very good shape (I have always hated grading items, it's so subjective and sometimes people will never agree on condition).  It's not torn or ripped. No water damage and it's clean, please look closely at the pics. Very minor wear with each corner. The photo appears old, original. I can see that Clifton had trouble signing on the photograph using an older ballpoint. Must be where the ink swirl came from on the LP cover, on the "O" in the word "soul" ? Slight damage to the back of one corner of the photograph and the small crease above the word Direction, if you can see it, very minor.  Both items are as you will receive them. Shipping insurance included in the final sale price. Thanks for looking ! 
Yes this auction is not what I am known for having. Large scale replica models and such.  I do collect autographs, but only of a different genre. This was a spur of the moment purchase. I'm very pleased to have found them and offer them up for collectors. Many thanks again for all returning and all new Ebay members. I will have some replica kits again soon.
