Description
CLIFFORD BROWN with Strings released on EmArcy, MG-36005. Blue Label, 1955, original first pressing....RARE Runout matrix: YMG-36005A, YMG-36005B, M F
To the best of my knowledge this is the very first pressing...check other major music site's detailed information....you know which one... This copy presnted here has the blue label with silver lettering, and a small silver band around the outer edge of the label. This copy also has stamped in white lettering FREE COPY....promo? See second photo.
Vinyl is VG/VG+(marks, hairlines, light scratches, hazy on one side). Play gradedthrough, as VG+ sounds vibrant with some light pops at times slightly above music, but for most part below when any noise.
Cover has 3 seam splits of 3" and 2" and 1" otherwise edge wear but intact and nice with sticker price, and sticker price residue, aging, darkening on back cover, overall grade strong VG.
Most of these found have trashed covers and vinyls in less shape than this one. Overall really decent player copy and satisfying to most considering it's rarity.
