Originally released in January before the summer of 1963, Summer Holiday was the most successful movie and soundtrack that Cliff Richard ever put his name to, an almost absurdly feel-good flick accompanied by some of the best (and best-loved) songs in his entire catalogue.
Even today, no Richard hits compilation would be complete without the title track, "Bachelor Boy," "The Next Time," and "Dancing Shoes," while songs that were essentially regarded as soundtrack filler have likewise taken on a life of their own

Clean, bright and unmarked labels - under close inspection just a handful of light spindles are present - this copy has clearly seen very little use
VINYL Visual: MINT-
Both surfaces retain their original deep glossy sheen - a few hairlines are visible under bright light but nothing of any audible significance
VINYL Audio: MINT
Wonderful, barely played copy - delivers superb sound with crisp, clean *STEREO* separation and my play-check at loud volume found nothing to fault - plays like-new throughout
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+
Apart from a small bump and associated tiny split on the top opening corner (which accounts for its low grading) the sleeve is crisp and fresh
INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT+
Clean, white, unmarked and unworn - there are some creases to the corners which have most likely been there since insertion at the factory as this copy has hardly left its sleeve
