The record you are considering is a MEGA RARE ORIGINAL mono BLUE NOTE 1565 by CLIFF JORDAN. Self-title with the 47 WEST 63rd - NEW YORK 23 on labels and back cover.

LABEL- BLUE NOTE Records, BLP-1565, mono, stamped RVG in the dead wax. Flat edge! I think they ground the burs of the edge of these back in the day.

CONDITION:
COVER is a Nice VG to VG+!! Has some corner wear to all four. Worst worn through paper bottom open edge corner about 1in. top edge seam 1/4in. less other two. Some ring wear and dirt, show more back side. Water staining bottom corners and up edges some(photos). Tiny middle split bottom edge about 1/2in. Sticker stain one light, one dark and small spot missing paper. Some ink and pencil writing back. Edges are strong!
VINYL is a VG++ to Near MINT!!, has a few light marks and a couple tiny hairlines. Test played outer grooves and one of the hairlines. NO SURFACE!! Should have a GREAT SOUND, very near FLAWLESS!! Probably one of the nice sounding on the planet.

PACKAGING
All records are shipped outside their jacket and original sleeves! Placed in poly-sleeve(new cost 0.10 cents, used free).
Records or magazines are sandwiched between two sturdy cardboard(or record jackets) that are as large or slightly larger than the item.
Packages are marked for records "FRAGILE"!.
