RARE 1974 Original first pressing in hard thick gatefold cover...DILLINGER made two albums, this, the self titled first, is by far and away the hardest and best one...it's their first album... Dillinger are from Quebec and Ontario, and formed by brothers Robert Harrison(drums, vocals) and Jacques Harrison(keyboard, vocals). The rest of the band featured; Paul Cockburn(guitars,vocal) and Terry Bramhall(bass, vocals).
DILLINGER's first album is a great mix of hard rock with progressive rock leanings. The album featured four songs, one a 17 minute suite called 'Live and Return' is terrific, full of strong guitar & keys passages with some heavy-rock style symphonic prog influences. These guys can be really heavy, or very melodic at the flip of a coin!
They also cover the 'Spirit' classic 'Natures Way', which they do quite well. All in all a strong, cool collectible, worthy of the hunt for...DILLINGER...

CONDITION: The album being hard enough to find...especially hard to find is the mostly dark color gatefold cover in clean shape...IF any copies are still around, shelf wear is a major problem...this one has been well cared for, in M- clean with no seam splits, no bends and no writing...better grab it, nearing extinction....
The vinyl is in the original "Love" printed Daffodil iner sleeve and very clean M- all clear smooth grooves...plays delightfully enjoyable...clean!
