FEEDBACK NOTICE...
For all practical purposes we consider ourselves to have a 100% feedback rating - and hopefully so should you, despite the 9 negative feedbacks we disastrously just received.

We have had the unfortunate experience of a notorious mean spirited (etc.) buyer who purchased many of our weekly listings, when he suddenly became manipulative in handing out unwanted advice which moved into relentless harassment - including threats to issue negative feedback unless demands were met, as in to send him upgrades for records he purchased, exclaiming unreasonable nonexistent issues, as well as his amateur understanding of pressings and labels. In his weekly bidding participation - he keeps the seller paralyzed over his threats of negative feedback  "if something is not met in his demands."
We came to a point where this buyer became so abusive using personal attacks with foul language and insults, we declared, never again. He was blocked from our listings. He went berserk, writing and phoning stating 80 percent of our listings met his expectations -- untrue, in reality he complained about everything unless it was upgraded - at our expense -- then attempted to claw his way back to us to become unblocked. When we refused to give in, he followed in a tirade issuing us 9 negative feedbacks (the only negatives on our seller's profile) declaring on each negative potential damaging untrue statements about our merchandise and warning all buyers to stay away. We have a have a distinguished reputation with eBay Records for the past 20 years -he is the only ONE who has made such false claims. Some of the negatives given were absolutely for MINT records, others were SEALED and never opened! This is 100% obvious blatant retaliation for his being blocked, but it didn't end there.
Horrible e-mails have followed after he issued the negatives, ridiculing and gloating that he "got away with damaging our reputation on eBay", and that his goal is to continue to contact eBay and twist their arm in an attempt to get us banned from the site. He claimed he has contacts all over the U.S. and they would continue his dirty work for him. Sure enough, we have confirmed information that a friend of his bid on one of our records to be handed over to the blocked bidder. Because of that, we are anticipating more damaging negative remarks.  Now there is an ongoing conspiracy concocted by this buyer in effort to undermine us at all costs by using any measure - all because we had no choice but to exercise our seller's right to block him.
Some other sellers on eBay have contacted us stating the same issues occurred with them by this same bad buyer. Others have contacted asking for his IDs so they can avoid having to sell to this obvious problem buyer.  We were noted that he had 4 different alias ID's, with two of them being suspended.  Why he is allowed to keep his other two active is a total mystery. In the words of one of the bad buyer's victims "I hope you guys can get him removed off eBay."  We are in the process of working with upper management in eBay to rid this parasite from causing further discord in an effort to protect ourselves and the entire eBay community.
In the meantime, our plan is to continue our eBay ID and weekly music service listings designed for all the many great collectors who have supported our reputable hard work for the past 20 years on ebay.  We truly appreciate your continued support, and on our part will continue to serve you and not allow this unscrupulous individual interfere with our love of supplying the world with the glue that holds us together....music.

Thought by many to be the most revolutionary album in jazz history, having virtually created the genre known as jazz-rock fusion (for better or worse) and being the jazz album to most influence rock musicians, Bitches Brew is, by its very nature, mercurial. This vintage double LP included only six cuts and featured up to 12 musicians at any given time, most of whom would go on to be high-level players in their own right: Joe Zawinul, Wayne Shorter, Airto, John McLaughlin, Chick Corea, Jack DeJohnette, Dave Holland, Don Alias, Benny Maupin, Larry Young, Lenny White, and others. Originally thought to be a series of long jams locked into grooves around one or two keyboard, bass, or guitar figures, Bitches Brew is anything but. Producer Teo Macero had as much to do with the end product on Bitches Brew as Davis. Macero and Davis assembled, from splice to splice, section to section, much of the music recorded over three days in August 1969. First, there's the slow, modal, opening grooves of "Pharaoh's Dance," with its slippery trumpet lines to McLaughlin's snaky guitar figures skirting the edge of the rhythm section and Don Alias' conga slipping through the middle. The keyboards of Corea and Zawinul create a haunting, riffing groove echoed and accented by the two basses of Harvey Brooks and Dave Holland. The title cut (Bitches Brew) was originally composed as a five-part suite, though only three were used. Here the keyboards punch through the mix, big chords and distorted harmonics ring up a racket for Davis to solo over rhythmically outside the mode. McLaughlin is comping on fat guitar chords, creating the groove, and the bass and drums carry the rest for a small taste of deep-voodoo funk. Side three opens with McLaughlin and Davis trading funky fours and eights over the lock-step groove of hypnotic proportion that is "Spanish Key." Zawinul's trademark melodic sensibility provides a kind of chorus for Corea to flat around, and the congas and drummers working in complement against the basslines. This nearly segues into the four-and-a-half minute "John McLaughlin," with its signature organ mode and arpeggiated blues guitar runs. The end of Bitches Brew, signified by the stellar "Miles Runs the Voodoo Down," echoes the influence of Jimi Hendrix; with its chuck-and-slip chords and lead figures and Davis playing a ghostly melody through the shimmering funkiness of the rhythm section, it literally dances and becomes increasingly more chaotic until about nine minutes in, where it falls apart. Yet one doesn't know it until near the end, when it simmers down into smoke-and-ice fog once more. The album closes with "Sanctuary," a previously recorded Davis tune that is completely redone here as an electric moody ballad reworked for this band, but keeping enough of its modal integrity to be outside the rest of Bitches Brew's retinue. Thus Bitches Brew retains its freshness and mystery long after its release.
