RETURNS
We will only accept a return based on a reasonable request. If returned the buyer will pay a 15% restocking fee if they have contacted us past 7 days to file the return request. The buyer will pay the shipping fees to return the item. We will issue a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 14 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit when agreed upon by buyer and seller. We are respectful of our clients and want to ensure they are happy with their purchase. Please, contact us prior with any questions pre purchase. Each product has a different return policy. This means some items are returnable while others are not. This is stated on each auction page. We are are able to consider any reasonable return request and will work out the most agreeable solution between the buyer and seller.
PAYMENT
Via PayPal. When paypal payment has cleared we will ship the merchandise and include an invoice for the purchase. We will include all tracking information and a notice of delivery. If this information is not sent to you within 24 hours of purchasing your item, please, email us so we may follow up with information to process your order with the invoice and information of shipping details.
