Terms & Conditions

Ebay can be a very frightening place for buyers.
But please remember that for every unscrupulous seller, there
are thousands of families, just like ourselves, who have been
treating customers honestly - just like we want to be treated,
for many years!

Shipping
We strive very hard to offer a fast and efficient service at all times.
Our aim is to see your item arrive in a safe condition.
Shipping rate is to the lower 48 States only.
All other locations must email for shipping costs.

Refunds
We believe that a happy customer is potentially a returning customer.
However, we are 'human', and although such occurrences are very rare,
if any purchase is not as described, please get in touch by either direct
email or through the Ebay messaging service and we assure you that
we will work to resolve any issues you may have. If any item is wrongly
advertised a full refund will be issued on the safe arrival back with us
of the purchased item. All we ask is that you contact us prior to
returning the item so we know to expect a return.

Customer Policy
We aim to make your buying experience a pain free and pleasurable
experience and fully appreciate
YOUR money was hard earned and give the same standard of service
to everyone no matter how much you spend.

Buyer's Responsibility
Please remember, you will enter into a legally binding contract to
purchase this item if you're the winning bidder.
Your bid indicates that you are responsible for having read and
agreed to the full item listing, including the accepted payment methods.
Payment should be made within 3 days of the winning of this auction.
If you have a special situation that prohibits you from paying in this
timeframe, let us know and we will be glad to work with you.
Otherwise after 3 days, it's possible that you may lose your right to
the auction and it may be be resold.

Please ask any questions (including shipping questions) before bidding.

Ebay will be contacted about failure to pay.
