This is a C.I.A. self titled LP on Incas Records of Bridgeport Connecticut from 1984. On a 10 scale the vinyl and jacket are a 9. First of this is really good and it sounds exactly like somebody we know .I just can't remember who that is. Hopefully, I can describe it well enough for you.  If you took all those bands on Boner( Verbal Abuse,Fang,Tales of Terror,etc),added some UK punk  (GBH,The Instigators,One Way System) put some Tony/Adolescents/Abandoned vocals on top with a bit of the Dbeat(Discharge,Varukers,etc) you would have a band similar to this. As I said it's a good record. The songs are: Addiction, Red Coats, Never Give A Sucker An Even Break, Life's A Drag, Let Em Die, Wha Cha Know, Children of the Grave, Tighten Up the Noose, Death In Small Doses, Runaway, Violence, Fight On, Where Did We Go Wrong,The End and Egg Fu Yung.  ..  . I play these (to grade them) on the cheapest turntable I can find so they may sound a little better on your turntable.Payment via Paypal or Cashiers Check. If you buy more than one item from me I will ship everything together and base shipping charges on the weight of the total package. I will ship all over the world. Let's expand on that since ebay wants a disclaimer now on shipping out of the USA.  You need to know the customs rules of your own country. You have to pay the fees,tariffs,etc if there are any when the item gets to your country. Customs forms have to be accurate as well.  I will send stuff First Class at your risk,your decision.  First Class is untracked and uninsured. That means if the package is lost,due to there being no tracking,it is more or less impossible to find. Even more important is that there is no insurance on it,so if it is lost your refund money is lost. No refund on lost First Class packages. Think hard about shipping Priority. It is more expensive,but tracked and insured. So,even if the package was lost you get your money back. You have to decide if the risk of First Class is worth the money you save on shipping.That is up to you.   I have had some requests since doing this to ship the vinyl outside of the jacket instead of in it.
