This is the first time I have tried to sell an album on Ebay.
This is from my personal collection. I am not in the record business!
Unemployment clarified my thinking about my Thorens and my record albums this spring.
At first I got plenty of inquiries, but as the economy continued to slow so has the rate of sales via Craig's you-know-what, so here is my entree with Ebay.
I have about 180 albums remaining from Aerosmith to ZZ Top, in pristine condition, mostly ~$10, all individually priced based on condition according to Goldmine Record Album Price Guide 3rd edition.
Strengths include Aerosmith, Blue Oyster Cult, Eagles, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Fleetwood Mac, Foghat, Foreigner, Jefferson Airplane, Jethro Tull, Journey, Kinks, Huey Lewis, Loverboy, Lynyrd Skynyrd, McCartney, Motley Crue, Mott the Hoople, Pretenders, Ratt, REO, Rolling Stones, Roxy Music, Rush, Rundgren, Sha Na Na, Three Dog NIght, Whitesnake, Edgar Winter, Yes, Zebra, ZZ Top. Just ask if you have an interest.
This one has commands a higher price because it is effectively an antique and yet in brand new condition.
I have invested in exactly the proper sort of shipping cartons, so no worries there.
I am exclusively interested in selling my treasures to fellow music enthusiasts - no interest in selling my albums in bulk to resellers. Thanks!
