From 1963, comes Chuck Berry with his LP On Stage on Chess LP 1480 MONO DJ copy. This is a rare DJ issue of an LP that was originally issued on the black label but had no DJ white label counterpart as many others did! If you look at the label (around 3:00), it reads, DJ copy. This is an early 1965 press with a black label and a shield and a chess piece! This scarce album is the ONLY way to get a true DJ copy of this LP!

On the front cover is a rare sticker that 1.75" by 11" which reads, "Including Memphis and Surfin' USA". This sticker was used briefly to alert DJs that Chuck wrote the songs Memphis and Surfin' USA. This is because Johnny Rivers had a hit with his version of Memphis and The Beach Boys with their reworking of Chuck's song Surfin' USA.

Splits in upper right and lower right at seam opening,high spot dirt.

Cover is VG++ and record is MINT MINUS!!!
