The Record is in NM condition and the Cover is in VG+ condition, with no split seams but wear around edges and corners. There is slight ring wear but the artwork is bright and crisp. There are labels on the top right Front Cover.
I grade LPs visually in well-lighted area. I do not play each LP.
I try to be conservative in my grading and I try to grade honestly.
See pictures of labels for contents of records.

I use the Goldmine Records Grading System for grading LPs and 45 RPMs. All methods currently in use for the grading of LPs and 45 RPMs are based in some way on this system.
NM
Near Mint – A nearly perfect record. It probably has been played, but shows no signs of obvious wear.
The LP Cover has no creases, folds, split seams, or other noticeable defects. Cut-outs on such records will be noted.
A 45 RPM or EP sleeve has no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling.
VG+
Very Good Plus -Shows some signs that it has been played but handled with care. Surfaces may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that doesn't effect the playing. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are okay.
The Label may have some ring wear or discoloration.
Picture Sleeves and LP inner sleeves may have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP Cover may have slight signs of wear also and may have a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at a discount.
