Up for auction from 1957 Chuck Berry Debut LP (After School Session) Chess LP-1426. COVER: Strong VG+ Has some light discoloration on back around borders with a small drill hole, and dings on opening spine edges with extremely light corner rubs, the shrink has a 2" tear along bottom opening corner is overall surely one of the best ones out there as shown. RECORD: VG Both sides look barely played glossy clean however there is a ton of tiny manufacturing pressing bubbles a bit more on the 2nd side which can be seen in the camera flashes. This vinyl would be a strong VG++ if not for the bubbles thus my VG grading. Side 1. Has a micro smudge which can also be seen in the camera flash with just a few small light hairlines is overall glossy clean. Side 2. Has a few light circular scratches on the 2nd song with some micro sleeve scuffing is overall glossy clean as shown. I played this LP from beginning until end tracking perfectly, and sounded super clean with just some light normal crackles between songs it overall plays & sounds far superior to my grading. LABELS: Side 2 has some ultra light spindle marks, side 1 has only one light spindle mark are both overall super clean as shown.
