Description
Here's a very uncommon Christmas title Standard Talking Machine Disc Record (10" diameter). The titles are: Santa Claus' Workshop (Descriptive) - Orchestra on one side and "Christmas Bells" - Violin and Harp Duet on the other side. This record does show some wear from use over the last 100+ years (scratches and scuffs, etc.). See the pictures for detailed pictures of the condition. As with all of the other Standard Disc Records, the hole side is 9/16", since the platters on those machines came with an oversize center hub, so that you would have to buy your records from them, once you own the machine. Some machines today have been converted to just the regular center hole that most 78 RPM record have and in that case, you could still play this record, but would need to center the oversize hole around the smaller regular size spindle hub. It would be played with regular steel needles like other Victrolas and Columbia, etc. machines use. Shipping is only $5. via USPS Media Mail.
