Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my pop and progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first U.K. pressing of Chris Spedding – The Only Lick I Know on the Harvest label, cat. no. SHSP 4017, with “GRAMMPHONE” rims on the label.
The record is in EX+ condition, there are a few non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in EX+ condition as well, there are a few spindle marks only. The matrix endings on this copy are A – 1 and B – 1.
The cover is in VG+ condition, there are some tiny crinkles here and there, the top seam ha a split of approx. 2.5 centimetres and there is a lamination fault on the front. There is also some very light ring wear on the back, but besides these mentioned small defects, the cover is in a very nice, presentable shape; no writing, no rips or tears or other unwanted damage.
This is an extremely rare 1st UK pressing of Chris Spedding’s The Only Lick I Know album. Although the cover is a bit used, the record itself is in brilliant condition. It is very hard to find original Harvest albums with “THE GRAMOPHONE CO.” rim and “MADE IN GT. BRITAIN” at the 6 o’clock position on the labels. This is your chance to own a very rare progressive / psychedelic Harvest record.

Within the European Union, the postage costs are £ 8.75, outside the E.U. £ 15.00 (sorry, but postage rates in the Netherlands are very high). Payment within 7 days after the auction has ended.
Please also note that the shipping costs are the same for 1 LP as for up to 5 LPs (the Dutch postal services charges the same amount up to 2KGs) So If you buy more, the shipping costs for your other LP’s are basically for free.
