Cover and Record both in Near Mint conditions. Hard to find in this condition so dont sleep on it ......
Grading is made as per the best of my abilities following the below system:NM : Nearly Mint condition, Very clean, only a few light marks
VG++ : Clean label, any scratches will be light and not affecting play
VG+ : Possible slight wear on label. Scratched vinyl, plays well
VG : Used record, possibly wear on label and scratched vinyl, plays ok
G : Possibly bad label damage and some serious scratches
