Here's a 9 lp audiophile set of Chicago, featuring all their best stuff! Media shipping would only be around 5 bucks!
Chicago Transit Authority, CBS/Sony SONP 50116-117, 2lp Japan pressing with Obi and 4 page insert. Has the cap style obi that can be displayed on the top or side of the lp. Features Beginnings, Does Anybody Really Know What Time it is, Questions 67 and 68, and my all time favorite South California Purples, where Terry Kath proves he was one of the best rock guitarists EVER! The cover is EX+ with some minor edgewear and the discs are near mint. A gem!
Chicago II, CBS/Sony 25AP616/7, Japanese with insert. No obi. Perhaps their best known lp with the hits 25 or 6 to 4, In the Country, Where do We Go From Here, Wake up Sunshine, Make me Smile, and lots more. Cover is EX with light edge and corner wear and a 1" seam split on the rear opening, the discs again are mint minus.
Chicago III, CBS/Sony SONP 50360-1, Japan with insert, no obi. Hits Free, At the Sunrise, Flight 602, What Else Can I Say, Lowdown, and more. Cover is EX- with some edgewear, mostly on top and the spine, vinyls are EX+. Has 4 page insert and custom inner sleeves.
Chicago V, US Columbia KC 31102, with custom inner sleeve and 2 posters. Features State of the Union, Alma Mater, Saturday in the Park, Now That You're Gone, Dialogue parts 1 & 2. Textured cover is near mint, disc is near mint.
Chicago VI, US Columbia KC 32400, with Just You and Me, Feelin' Stronger Every Day, In Terms of Two, Critic's Choice and more. Textured Cover is EX, lightly soiled more than worn, and the disc is EX+.
Chicago X, Rare CBS Mastersound Half Speed Master, HC 44200. Promo stamp on the rear of the cover. Includes the Mastersound insert and the poster. Near Mint throughout. a Beauty. Features If You Leave Me Now. Chicago XI, CBS/Sony 25AP 777, Japan pressing with obi and insert and custom inner sleeve. Cover should be mint but for a small tear on the backside. EX+. Vinyl is near mint. Features Baby What a Big Surprise, Take Me Back to Chicago. Chicago 16, Warner Pioneer P-11219, Japan pressing with obi. No insert. Features Bad Advice, Hard to Say I'm Sorry, Love me Tomorrow, etc. Cover is near mint, disc is EX+, some very light marks that do not affect play.Chicago 17, Warner Pioneer P-11440, with obi and insert. obi has been taped to the jacket on the rear. Contains Stay the Night, Hard Habit to Break, Remember the Feeling, Along Comes a Woman,You're the Inspiration, Prima Donna and more. A great lp. Cover is ex due to the tape and a small tear on the rear. Disc is near mint.

The Rant: I'm tired of receiving lps graded MINT that have scratches and scuffs. Also the ones that are so dirty the seller can't see the scratches and scuffs. I'm also dizzy from trying to decipher mint minus from EX+, VG+ from EX, etc, with no description of what caused that rating.
The commitment: I'll describe the item as much as I need to to give a clear picture of the condition. If there are flaws, I'll describe them. If there are ANY marks OF ANY KIND on the vinyl I'll play through them to make sure they do not affect the listening experience. If they do, the listing will say so. Grading is an arbitrary thing, so I'll assign a grade, and you can use the description to cross check. Please e:mail any questions prior to the close of the auction. I will guarantee your money back, plus your postage, if the description of the item is inaccurate.
The Request: If for any reason you are unhappy with what you receive, talk to me and let's try to work it out before starting the feedback wars. I'll be reasonable and respectful, unlike some of the dealers I've tried to talk to about their ratings.
