From 1952 comes CHET ATKINS with "GALLOPIN' GUITAR" on RCA LPM 3079 in the RARE Ten (10) Inch Format
Record is VG + with Beautiful Black & Silver Labels. Sharp Corners and Bright Front Colors. Spine is White and print is clear.
Hard to Find in Great Playable Condition.
No writing on cover and very mild yellowing to the back cover. A Real Gem and sure to be a Family Heirloom.
As one of the Leading Inovators of the "Nashville Sound", This FIRST Full Album Release from Mr. Atkins in 1952 is of Great Historical importance, particulary in the realm of country music and early Rock and Roll. I think you would be hard pressed to find a copy that has stood the test of time better than this one. Since the 10" of this time period came unsleeved, many of the disc are scratchy from being rubbed against the cardboard, as they moved around they caused multiple seam splits. Not the case with this item. No Seams Splits and only the most minor rub at at the bottom and top. A Great Item ready for a New Home !
