Same as the legendary RCA "Shaded Dog" Living Stereo RCA LSC 1817. Given the Chesky Audiophile treatment, this is a stunning and hard to find classic.

Long Out Of Print, all analog recording. Pressed by RTI on 180 gram pure virgin vinyl. Audiophile label, Chesky Records known for releasing some of the greatest recordings ever committed to vinyl... this original RCA masterpiece of stereo, is no exception!

Sleeve and vinyl look brand new. No flaws or blemishes. There are no spindle marks on the label. Vinyl looks like new and plays beautifully.

Review: In 1947, Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops Orchestra recorded the ballet for RCA Victor; this high fidelity recording was later issued by RCA as its first 33-1/3 rpm LP in 1950. In 1954, Fiedler recorded the concert suite in stereo, his first stereophonic session for RCA. This is the 1954 stereo version  recorded in Symphony Hall in Boston, 1954.
