CHAS "No Better Love" very rare 1985 LP on Love Joy Records out of Oakland. Produced by the Eighties Electro Funk band Private Eye and Wayne Wallace, combining modern soul,boogie and funk. Sealed original pressing, a few light cover wrinkles. Reasonable reserve.
