The Immortal

12" Vinyl LP. Savoy Records MG 12001. Mono, red & silver label, deep groove pressing, RVG pressed into the dead wax. COVER: VG to VG+ laminated front cover, some corner & edge wear, 3" center spine split, lamination is starting to peel. VINYL: strong VG+ a few light sleeve scuffs & light surface scratches, mild spindle wear, still shiny.

This is the second 12" vinyl LP produced by the Savoy label.

Charlie Parker (alto saxophone); Tiny Grimes (vocals, guitar); Jimmy Butts (vocals, bass); Miles Davis (trumpet); Bud Powell, John Lewis, Clyde Hart, Dizzy Gillespie (piano); Nelson Boyd, Tommy Potter, Curly Russell (bass); Max Roach, Harold West (drums).

GRADING. Grading is visual only unless otherwise stated. I go by Goldmine standards and try to be conservative. I will play grade on certain items only - it is just impossible for me to play grade everything I put on EBAY. MINT means factory sealed, never opened or played. NM is opened but in visually brand new, out-of-the-packaging clean condition. NM- is not NM! Its a grade above VG++ and below Near Mint - it does not imply perfect. In my terminology Scratches are feeler type and Scuffs are just cosmetic and usually inaudible.
