CHAMPION JACK DUPREE - SCOOBYDOOBYDOO LP BLUE HORIZON

 

Original 1969 Blue Horizon pressing in superb near mint condition

 

UK STEREO PRESSING ON ORIGINAL BLUE HORIZON LABEL: 7-63214

STAMPING CODES: Side One (S7-63214 A1); Side Two (S7-63214 B1)

 

CONDITION: COVER AND VINYL ARE BOTH IN EX+ to NEAR MINT

 

Rare Blue Horizon LP featuring a number of well known session musicians including Mick Taylor on guitar (recorded a few months before he went on to join The Rolling Stones), Gary Thain (pre Uriah Heep) on bass and Aynsley Dunbar and Keef Hartley on drums.

 

VINYL: CONDITION = EX+

 

Both sides are in excellent to near mint condition. Some very minor surface scratches are apparent under strong light. The LP retains its original sheen and appears to be virtually unplayed.

 

COVER: CONDITION = EX+

 

Cover is also in excellent to near mint condition.

 

The distinctive cover is laminated on the front and hence retains its original sheen and vibrant colours. Likewise the rear of the cover is also in pristine condition with no ring wear. The spine is unmarked and in perfect condition.

 

Overall, this is a superb copy of a rare Blue Horizon recording. After 40 odd years it’s difficult to imagine finding a better copy of this LP now.
